Chicken, corn and prawns make a great combination, especially in these crunchy meatballs created by egg-washing and breadcrumbing the meat mixture - add a spicy chilli sauce and you have a great dish.
Put the chicken and prawns into a blender and pulse until minced, then turn into a bowl. Add all the other meatball ingredients and combine together. Cover with cling film (plastic wrap) and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Divide and shape the mixture into 8 balls. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a shallow bowl to make an egg wash and put the breadcrumbs in a second bowl. Dip th
