Homemade curry is rather special but can take a bit of time, so I’ve used a curry paste that you can keep in the fridge to make things a bit easier when you want a quick meal. Rogan josh has a lovely rich tomato sauce with bags of flavour.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 8 skinless bo

Method

Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and the butter in a large saucepan over a high heat. Add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes on each side until sealed. Remove from the pan and leave to one side until required.
