  • 50 g/ oz flat-leaf parsley leaves

Method

Roughly chop the parsley, coriander and mint leaves. Snip the chives and tear the basil into smaller pieces.

Put all the herbs in a bowl with the rocket and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Drizzle over the salad dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
