Ingredients

  • 400 g/14 oz celeriac, peeled and grated into long strips
  • juice of ½

Method

Mix together the celeriac and lemon juice in a non-metallic bowl. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve straight from the bowl.
