  • 100 g/ oz celeriac (celery root), peeled and finely grated

Method

Put the celeriac, carrot and onion in a bowl and toss together.

Mix the mayonnaise with the mustard and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once, or transfer to an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
