Cajun-Spiced Potato Chips

There’s plenty of good potato chips available at the grocery store, but it never hurts to add your own spice to those fried slices of heaven. I make this as easy as possible for you—no deep fryer necessary! Just pop the kettle chips in the oven while you make the seasoning, and after the chips have had a few minutes to heat up, hit them with the peppery herb mix.
