I love chicken wings, but I’m also thinking about nutrition a bit more than I was twenty years ago. Hey, I gotta set an example for the kids, man! Cali has some of the best produce on the planet, so I love using fruits and vegetables like mandarins, mixed greens, and napa cabbage. Use whatever’s in season where you are, and don’t forget the lemon pepper! It adds an extra layer of flavor that really sets this salad off.
