Ingredients: 2 cups [480 ml] low-sodium chicken broth; 1 lb [455 g] cornbread, broken into ½ in [13 mm] crumbles (about 5 cups); 2 cups [240 g] cooked long-grain rice, cooled; 2 eggs, lightly beaten; 1 tsp vegetable oil; 1 tsp Creole seasoning; 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh sage; 3 garlic cloves, minced; 1 cup [120 g] diced celery; 1 green bell pepper, diced; 1 medium sweet onion, diced; 3 Tbsp unsalted butter; 8 oz [230 g] sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
