This recipe makes snack-size bites, little morsels of slightly spicy tuna that can be part of the early evening nibbles. Or for two or three players, it can be served in larger portions of more skewers per person

I’ve used fresh albacore and fresh ahi tuna for this recipe; both are equally delicious. Salmon is a good candidate as well. Wasabi peas are a Japanese snack of dried green peas with a spicy wasabi coating. Look for them where you find other Asian specialty foods. Of course
