This game-friendly pasta dish has traditional lasagna elements in small, bite-sized packages. When choosing kale, I usually opt for the Lacinato variety, with its deep green, bumpy-looking leaves and vivid flavor. Other types of kale work well, too. The tomato sauce should be on the thin side, not too chunky; whirl yours in a food processor or blender if needed.
