Working with premade tartlet shells is the ace up your sleeve here. Look for them in specialty food stores and well-stocked groceries, often in the frozen food section. Either regular dough-lined tartlet shells or more delicate phyllo shells can be used. With a flavorful filling that’s easy to make, you can turn out delicate tartlets in no time flat.
Crumbled blue cheese can be used in place of the goat cheese, if you prefer. Or offer your guests a choice, making half with each.
