Sage Popcorn

Variations on the popcorn theme are many. I’ve used this technique also with chili powder, adding about 1½ teaspoons to the melted butter before tossing with the popcorn. Try out other herb or spice combinations to suit your fancy.

As noted for the Cumin Spiced Nuts, paper cups are the perfect serving dish for this herb-accented popcorn.
