3 cups pure pomegranate juice
¼ cup loosely packed mint leaves

Method

About 1 hour before serving, pour the pomegranate juice into a cocktail pitcher. Rub the mint leaves between the palms of your hands for a few seconds and add them to the juice. Stir to mix and refrigerate.

Just before serving, add the vodka, seltzer, and simple syrup to the pitcher and stir to mix. Half-fill 8 tumblers with ice, pour the fizz over (through a small sieve to hold back th
