Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan/350°F/gas 4 and grease a 25cm (10in) tart tin or dish and set aside.
  2. Cream the softened butter and sugar together in a bowl, then beat in the egg until well combined.
  3. Slowly mix in the flour and
