  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 150 g/

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, mince and potato for 5 minutes over a medium heat, until the mince has browned. Stir in the peas, curry paste and chutney and cook for a further 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 160°C
