Ingredients

  • 120 g/ oz ( cup) pudding or risotto rice

Method

  1. Add the rice, milk, syrup and vanilla to a medium saucepan and cook over a low heat for 45 minutes, until thick and creamy. Stir regularly to stop it catching on the base of the pan and add some extra milk, if needed.
  2. Meanwhile, Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/180°C/350°
