Ingredients

For the shortbread base

  • 175 g/6 oz ( cups) plain (all-purpose) flour

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C fan/180°C/350°F/gas 4 and line a 20 x 20cm/8 x 8in baking tin with greaseproof paper.
