Cooking most certainly doesn’t get easier than this. Simple stewed rhubarb is so easy and quick. Use young forced, or summer outdoor rhubarb, it doesn’t matter. Once stewed, the rhubarb can be used in many different recipes. It also freezes well, so if you have a glut, cook it and pop it in the freezer. To ring the changes, add a little piece if fresh ginger if liked.
