Chef Brian Turner’s Yorkshire Rhubarb Mess

‘It was my privilege to be brought up in the market town of Morley until I left age 17. I have great memories of life as a youngster and from where we lived we could see the hills round East Ardsley, famous as part of the Yorkshire rhubarb triangle. As far as I am concerned Yorkshire rhubarb was, is and will always be the best in the world. I left Morley and have lived in London ever since and have been lucky enough to visit some pretty posh places, Henley, Wimbledon and of course Eton Coll
