Ingredients

  • 4 oz [120 g] unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 anchovy fillets, minced

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mash with a spoon (or the paddle attachment on a stand mixer) until evenly distributed.

Roll the butter into a log in parchment paper or plastic wrap and chill. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer indefinitely.
