  • 1 tsp cumin seed

Method

In a small frying pan, heat the oil until it begins to shimmer, about 1 minute. Add the cumin seed and fry to bloom the flavor, about 30 seconds.

Remove from the heat and add to the yogurt along with the salt. Stir to combine.
