  • 5 kale leaves, cut into ribbons
  • Salt
  • ½ cup [100 g]

Method

Sprinkle the kale with salt and massage until the leaves are tender and dark green.

Combine the kale with the buckwheat and tahini dressing and toss to distribute evenly. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning as desired.

Top with the egg and eat while the egg is warm.
