  • ½ cup [100 g] cooked or sprouted buckwheat
  • 4 spears asparagus

Method

Combine the buckwheat, asparagus, radishes, vinaigrette, and parsley (if using) and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper. Serve sooner rather than later because the salt will wilt the asparagus and radishes.
