Whiz together the oats and oil with 2 cups [500 ml] of water in a blender until very smooth.
That’s literally it. You can strain it if you want, but I don’t bother.
It will separate, so shaky shaky before you pour it.
Store in the fridge for up to a week or until it goes sour, which is very unpleasant, so you’ll know when it’s happened.
