This is the sort of thing that I bring to a dish-to-pass or potluck dinner. It has texture and tang and goes with anything that others will bring. Similarly, for solo dinners at home, it does well alongside any sort of grilled meat or fish, topped with an egg, piled on top of a thick slab of tomato, or all on its ownsome.
