This dish is a celebration of an old Sicilian recipe. In the past people used to dry broad beans during the summer and store them for the hard winter months. Nowadays this traditional rustic recipe is more of a delicate velvet soup incorporating dill, fresh broad beans and wild fennel to create a colourful dish that still keeps the same old traditional taste.
