Who doesn’t love pizza? The perfect aperitivo recipe. Small and easy to prepare, these fragrant and tasty pizzette are simply a treat you can’t say no to.
Melt the yeast in the milk then knead all the ingredients together (except for the mozzarella) until you have smooth and elastic dough. Cover the dough with a tea towel and let it prove for about 2 hours.
Meanwhile prepare the tomato sauce by simply mixing all the ingredients together and seasoning to taste. You don’t need to blend your sauce but make sure everything is well mixed.
