This dessert is my take on the classic tiramisu, with an added twist of chocolate. It’s a fairly new creation of mine, but has been a success since I showcased it on BBC MasterChef: The Professionals. In the words of Marcus Wareing: “A classic and simple Italian dessert brought into the modern world.” For the more adventurous, I suggest putting some hazelnut into the tiramisu to add further texture.
