This is my favourite focaccia recipe ever. It is not too difficult to make and works wonderfully with rosemary, fresh cherry tomatoes and oregano. Soft, fragrant and delicious served warm, though if you really want to treat yourself, stuff it with Culatello di Parma.

Remember, with every bread recipe the secret is time, so allow it time to rise two or even three times; it will really make the difference.
