For an elegant dessert, make three batches of the panna cotta, one at a time, starting with the milk chocolate panna cotta, then the white chocolate, then the bittersweet chocolate. Divide the milk chocolate layer among six tall, glass dessert dishes, wrap with plastic wrap, and
