This fluffy peanut pancake invokes many childhood memories for us. Who doesn’t love a moist and fluffy pancake, stuffed with a generous portion of crushed peanuts and sugar?

Ingredients

  • 130 g (4⅓ oz) plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Method

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, instant yeast, sugar and egg in a bowl. Add lukewarm water and mix well into a smooth batter. Cover bowl loosely with plastic wrap and set aside to proof for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare filling. Mix ground peanuts, sesame seeds and sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
