  • 720 g Fragrant Jasmine Rice
  • 600 ml Water

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. Bring the water to the boil, then turn down to simmer.
  2. Add in the jasmine rice and stir for a little while.
  3. Leave to simmer until just cooked, drain refresh in cold water and reserve for service.
