This is a light salad that can be eaten on its own and always goes down well in retail where it can be paired with a main course or another dish. For patients wanting something light, these flavours really go well together.

Crunchy radish and fresh cucumber make this a visually pleasing summer salad.

  • 400 g Radish
  • 46 g Cucumber
  • 200 g

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice the radishes up thinly and place in a bowl.
  2. Top and tail the cucumber and cut in half lengthways.
  3. Slice the cucumber and place with the radishes in the bowl.
  4. Peel and cut onions in half and then thinly slice, place these in the bowl as well with the other ingredients.
