Rice pudding is on a menu somewhere every day and for good reason. It’s easy to eat, soft, creamy and full of good energy. It can be enhanced into a nutrition powerhouse with the addition of extra cream. Rice pudding is also very easy to make and travels well and it is popular with dieticians on the wards.
Baked rice pudding either eaten hot or cold is still a great winter warmer and packed with calcium, why not add splash of cream to take it to the next level.
