Quinoa is a complete protein containing all eight of the essential amino acids and is a great base for any number of salad vegetables, seed and grain combinations. Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. Lightly toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan.
  2. Cook the quinoa as per sub recipe. Stir through cooked cumin.
  3. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half, slice the cucumber lengthways and de-seed with a spoon then slice.
  4. Finely chop the herbs. Trim and finely slice the spring onions.
