A taste of summer with crunchy sweet peppers and silky houmous, why not try Kuboos bread instead of a wrap for an authentic Middle Eastern flavour.

  • 350 g Mixed Peppers

Cooking Instructions

  1. Wash, drain and shred the lettuce.
  2. Wash and de-seed the peppers. Thinly slice.
  3. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of houmous on the bottom centre of the wrap and top edge to help seal.
