Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes (for 4 cups total when peeled and grated)
  • 1 egg

Method

Prepare ingredients as specified in the ingredients list. Place the potatoes in large bowl and mix in the egg. Salt as desired. Gradually mix in the flour until the mixture holds together. Bring broth and water to boil using a large pot. Form the dumpling mixture into 2½” balls. Gently place the dumplings in the boiling water. Then turn down the heat to simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
