Ingredients

  • lbs. ground beef (formed into 4 patties)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pineapple slices (grilled)

Method

Prepare the beef, beets, and eggs as specified in the ingredients list. On a heated grill, cook the hamburgers to desired doneness. Place the pineapple slices on the grill until grill marks are visible on both sides. Toast the rolls on the grill. Mix the hot sauce into the mayonnaise. To assemble, layer in the following order; bottom bun, hamburger, pineapple, beets, fried egg, lettuce, 1 Tbsp.
