  • 12 to 16 large prawns (cleaned and halved lengthwise)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp.

Method

Prepare ingredients as directed. Combine the melted butter with the olive oil and brush the prawns with the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place the prawns directly on the grill for 2 minutes shell side-down. Turn the prawns and grill 1 more minute. In small bowl combine the tomatoes, red pepper, lime juice, and olive oil.
