Ignacio “Nacho” Busto is a restaurateur for the ages and adores his guests. We were fortunate to find him doing rounds of the petite dining room of El MiniBar. He was more than pleased to curate our meal. A highlight and constant on the ever-evolving menu is the Tapa Bretón, named for his executive chef, José Bretón.
