Make the salad: Place the grapefruit on a cutting board. With a sharp knife, slice off the top and bottom of the fruit to reveal the flesh. Slice down the sides of the fruit all the way around, cutting off enough peel and pith that you reveal the flesh. Above a bowl, cut out the flesh segments between the membranes, and collect the juice in the same bowl. Repeat for the clementines and oranges.
