  • About

Yes, a nice apéritif. Here are a few more ideas for a welcome drink to serve before a grand dinner, or at a party, or just because you feel like it.

Ingredients

  • 4 clementines (peeled), plus 1 for garnish
  • oz (50 ml) gin

Method

Place the peeled clementines in a blender and blend them into juice. Strain the juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and add the gin, Campari, and vermouth. Shake forcefully for 30 seconds. Strain into martini glasses and garnish with slices of clementine if you wish.
