  • 1 scant cup (100 g) popping corn
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method

Pop the corn in the oil as described on the previous page. Put the popcorn in a large bowl.

Heat the syrup with the cinnamon, red pepper flakes, and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, boil softly for about 2 minutes, then stir in the butter. WATCH OUT! It can splatter and it’s really hot!
