This ridiculously delicious meal takes time, but no effort.
Place the meat on top of a rack in the smoker, cover and place the stove over low heat until it begins smoking.
Then place the entire smoking thing in the oven.
Do something else....
The meat is done after about 5 hours. (do you have a meat thermometer?)
The internal temperature should be 175°F (80°C)
Pull the meat with 2 forks. Eat on a roll, with a lick
