  • Place in a small oven dish
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Roast in the oven at

Method

Press a roasted garlic clove trough a garlic press onto each of the cocottes. Sprinkle all with bread crumbs (from 2 slices of bread) & Grated Gruyère - cheese to taste.

Generously drizzle with olive oil place them on a baking sheet (in case of leaks) bake until tender, about 35 min. Eat with 1 spoon.
