Ingredients

For the Dressing

  • ½ cup (125 g) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche

Method

Whisk together all the dressing ingredients. Put the dressing in the fridge until use.

Pull all the leaves from the endives. Cube the apple. Toss the endive and apple in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir in the parsley and sprinkle the salad with pomegranate seeds.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
