  • Boil 9 oz (250 g) fresh cranberries with ½ cup + 2<

Method

Fill buttered baking dishes (or 1 big dish) with clafoutis mixture & arrange cranberries on top. (Don’t add the juice!).

Sprinkle the clafoutis with confectioners’ sugar before serving.
