Perhaps you know the dish called summer pudding. If not, then sit tight: I’ll give you the recipe soon. This is my winter variation.

Ingredients

For the Custard

  • cup (50 g) raisins
  • cup (75

Method

Make the custard: Put the raisins in a small bowl, cover them with the marsala, and let them soak for an hour or so.

In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar and flour until nice and creamy. In a saucepan, heat the milk almost to a boil. Strain the hot milk into the egg mixture, while stirring. Return everything to the saucepan and slowly bring it to a boil. Let the mixture th
