  • 3 or 4 large apples (I use Honeycrisp, but any sweet, firm apple will work), peeled, cored, and cubed
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter a 5-cup (1-l) baking dish.
