Method

Mix the juices in a large bowl. Add the ginger, bay leaves, and half of the mint and let steep overnight or at least 4 hours.

Place the bowl on the serving table. Decorate with the rest of the fresh mint leaves and the cranberries. Fill large glasses half full with ice cubes, fill halfway with the juice, and top up with champagne. Serve with stirrers.
